Changes and Late Registrations

Change your SI-Card (free under 'change my SI-card')

If you are unable to participate, you can release your starting place here 'make available', and it will be added to 'available places'.

If someone is interested in taking your place, you will receive an email where you must approve the transfer. You will negotiate the starting fee directly with them and they will pay you directly.

If you want to take over another runner’s starting place that is listed in the places to catch or for which you have their approval:

Enter your details in the under 'take new startplace' and provide the name of the runner being replaced, as well as their category, start number, and start time. This runner will then receive an email informing them of your wishes and your contact details so they can negotiate the price with you and approve the transfer. Once this is done, you can pay them directly and one of you pays the modification fee

If you want to register late / claim a vacant spot:

Find an available spot in the vacant list. Note the category, start number, and start time (you must choose the highest available start number for your class).
Enter your details in the modify portal under 'take new startplace' For the replaced runner’s name, enter 'vacant'

The modification fee of 10.- (+ any applicable starting fee) must be paid online. SI-Card changes are free.
